課題の内容は以下の通りです。１０００WORD以内です。 期限が29日の12時のため急募で即納入できる方の募集です。 よろしくお願いいたします。 Please write an individual report (about 1000 words) on international cyber law and the use of digital evidence and computer forensics to bring cyber criminals worldwide to court. Give explanation in detail about the type of multinational cyber law treaty/ agreement you want to address, and how these law will be carried out/realized. Why do we need urgently to combat all kinds of these internet-crimes? Then, describe what kind of evidence would be needed, what difficulties are commonly come across or met (especially related to computer security of networks & web-server), and some potential social problems that may occur. Who is/are responsible to watch and observe these international crimes, do you think? As institutions/ business companies who provide media information to public, what actions should they do? Please identify also 4 countries (at least, and one is from your country if possible) that already have and agree to this Internet law, make comparison on your findings and show the differences between them.
