Native Japanese Speaker Telesales Representative - Fixed Salary of $10 to $15 per hour - 20 hrs per week. We are looking for a Telesales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for working with our Lead Generation team to connect with potential customers in the Japanese market for our Japan Sales team. You’ll be the final step in the prospecting process, warming up outbound leads and qualifying their potential. Our Sales team will rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding ways to start conversations with decision makers of potential customers, identifying future sales opportunities, and confirming interest with existing clients. This is a junior position that acts as a feeder to our full time sales team in one of the hottest and fastest growing markets in Japan. What We're Looking For: Someone to warm sales opportunities via telephone and/or email. Proactively contact all prospects and identify qualified leads; gathering information regarding leads’ interest and needs, lead nurturing, and customer info regarding expired equipment/buy-out requests. Outside Sales Representatives and follow-up on actions with sales and service. Manage prospect lists and generate quality leads by scheduling product demonstrations and invitations to special events Update CRM (ClickUp) customer data and record information from new leads and prospects. It is also desirable if you can draft up your own email/phone script for smooth sales work. What We're Looking For: Native Japanese Speaker and basic conversational English. Experience in prospecting clients via cold calling or telemarketing in general. High-volume cold calling appointment setting, lead generation, and excellent communication skills.
