自己紹介

大学在学中、英国に留学。大学を卒業後、全日本空輸株式会社に入社。客室乗務員として、約２年間国内線・国際線にて機内サービスや保安業務に従事しておりました。主に、機内でお客様の安全を守る保安要員としての業務と、お客様の要望に寄り添い、さらに一歩踏み込んだサービスを提供できるよう日々努力し研究を重ねておりました。また、様々なバックグラウンドやニーズを持つお客様に満足してもらえるサービスを提供できるよう切磋琢磨しておりました。業務を通じて、どのような場面でも対応できる協調性や柔軟性、瞬時の判断力や感知力、コミュニケーション能力やチームワーク力を培いました。2019年7月結婚に伴い退職し、カリフォルニア州に移住し、現在スペイン語を取得するため大学に在籍中。TOEIC 850 世界中38か国旅行経験あり。
