自己紹介

日本生まれ、カナダ育ちです。本職はクラッシック音楽家ですが、25年前に手を痛め、今は翻訳者です。日本に15年前来日、三菱電機・福山市NHKで英語を教えていました。６年前退職し、以来、翻訳のみです。現在、2018年ある出版社のブック・オブ・ザ・イヤー入賞の小説、日本語から英語版へ。来年英語圏で出版される予定。小説の出だしです。
Happening
How much time has passed? A loud noise perked my ears and pulled me back to consciousness. My dull, foggy head gradually started to clear, and I finally awoke, only to feel the terror of pain, numbing and paralyzing.
